💰 Salary: ₹30,000/month (Net In-Hand | No PF Deduction)
Key Requirements:
- Windows 7/8.1/10, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, GPOs.
- PC hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Basic macOS support.
- Network troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android).
- Enterprise antivirus and encryption solutions.
- Basic knowledge of servers, networking, audio/video, telecom, and smart devices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CompTIA A+, MCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 18 months to 3 years of desktop support experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and emergency support when required
