Babysoft Software is looking for a dynamic and target-driven IT Sales Executive to generate business for our IT services - mobile application, Travel integration, PMS and custom software development services.

๐ผ Salary : upto 40K per month and incentives on additional sales.

Generate and qualify leads for website, mobile app, and custom software projects.

Connect with prospective clients and promote our services in the local market

Understand business requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations

Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
โ
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
โ
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
โ
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
โ
Maintain accurate lead and sales-pipeline records using CRM tools
โ
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

๐น Proven experience in IT services, software.
๐น Good understanding of website development, mobile applications, custom software, and the software development lifecycle
๐น Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
๐น Confidence in handling client calls, face-to-face meetings, and demonstrations
๐น A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach
๐น Bachelorโs degree in any discipline; an IT or business background is preferred
