We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Australia.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our Sydney-based team. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technology professionals and close collaboration with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and technology positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain talent pools for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment activity, pipelines, SLA/TAT, and hiring progress.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Technology/IT Recruitment.
• Experience with Australian technology recruitment will be highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of technology roles across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, Testing, Infrastructure, and Business Analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite recruitment environment.
