🚨 We're Hiring | IT Manager – Technology Operations & Integration
📍 Location: Remote – India
🕐 Shift: US Working Hours
💼 Experience: 8–12+ years
Numera is looking for a hands-on IT Manager – Technology Operations & Integration to manage our IT operations, applications, infrastructure, security, and technology integration initiatives.
We are particularly looking for someone with strong experience in Google Workspace administration, Microsoft-to-Google Workspace migrations, and accounting/tax applications.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, applications, devices, endpoints, and IT assets
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cloud/SaaS applications, and IAM
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, access, permissions, hardware and software provisioning
• Lead or coordinate email, collaboration, application, data and technology migrations
• Support technology integration of newly acquired businesses
• Assess infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, IAM, SaaS and technology environments
• Develop and execute technology integration and migration plans
• Manage endpoint security, authentication, access controls and IT security policies
• Manage IT vendors, licensing, renewals and technology partnerships
• Work closely with U.S.-based leadership and distributed teams
⭐ Key Experience We're Looking For
Google Workspace
- Hands-on Google Workspace / Google Workspace Admin experience
- Google Admin Console, user and access administration
- Experience migrating from Microsoft 365 / Microsoft environment to Google Workspace
- Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Shared Drives, Groups, security and user migration
Accounting & Tax Applications
Hands-on experience setting up, configuring, migrating or administering applications such as:
- QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online
- Zoho Books
- Xero
- Drake Tax
- Lacerte
Experience supporting CPA firms, accounting firms, tax organizations or financial services environments would be an advantage.

🔹 Additional Advantage
Experience with M&A, acquisitions, post-merger integration, or technology integration is highly preferred, particularly where you have personally supported the migration or integration of users, email, applications, devices, infrastructure, security and data.
