Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in Jaipur, offering hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media, content collaborations, and digital brand building.
The intern will support the team in identifying relevant influencers, building and maintaining influencer relationships, coordinating collaborations, and tracking campaign performance. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute influencer campaigns and strengthen Attar Ayurveda's presence across the wellness and beauty space.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain influencer databases based on audience, content, engagement, and brand relevance.
- Assist with influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate product seeding and influencer collaborations from initiation to completion.
- Share campaign briefs, guidelines, product information, and content requirements with influencers.
- Track campaign timelines, content deliverables, posts, and performance metrics.
- Monitor influencer content and ensure deliverables are completed as planned.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and analyzing basic performance metrics.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging creators, viral content, and competitor activities in the wellness, Ayurveda, skincare, and beauty space.
- Support the marketing team with social media, content, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, and brand collaborations.
- Good understanding of platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with influencers and creators.
- Basic understanding of content planning and campaign execution.
- Ability to conduct structured online research and identify relevant influencers and content trends.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple influencer conversations, deliverables, and timelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable using basic productivity tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs, email, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and influencer marketing tools is an advantage.
- Proactive, creative, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Jaipur.
