Role Description The HR and Marketing Intern role at Lernx is a full-time remote position. The intern will assist in HR activities such as supporting recruitment processes, maintaining candidate databases, helping with HR documentation, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. On the marketing side, the intern will help execute digital marketing campaigns, support social media activities, contribute to content creation, and assist in promoting Lernx programs to target audiences. The role involves regular coordination with internal teams, tracking basic metrics, and participating in meetings to provide updates and ideas.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management practices.
- Ability to understand and support HR Policies and Employee Benefits processes.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including communication and relationship-building.
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Interest in digital marketing and social media, with basic familiarity with online platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; prior internship experience is an advantage but not required.
