Influencer Marketing Executive
Location: Nangloi, New Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years
We’re looking for someone who knows Instagram beyond just scrolling it.
What you’ll do:
- Find and research relevant influencers & creators
- Build and maintain an influencer database
- Handle outreach for barter, gifting, affiliate & paid collaborations
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables & timelines
- Coordinate products, briefs, approvals & campaign execution
- Track posts, reels, stories, links & deliverables
- Monitor reach, engagement, clicks & conversions
- Build strong, long-term creator relationships
- Stay on top of trends, viral formats & emerging creators
- Work with creative and marketing teams on campaigns
- Track campaign performance and ROI
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years in influencer marketing, social media, PR or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram & creator marketing
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns
- Fashion/lifestyle experience is a plus
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
