AI-First Art / Graphic Design Resource
Location: Mumbai
Engagement: Contractual | 2–3 months
Work Model: Primarily in-office; flexibility for hybrid (3 days in office + 2 days WFH)
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a strong Art / Graphic Design resource with an AI-first approach to support the creative team across a few key accounts.
The ideal talent should have a strong foundation in traditional graphic design and visual communication, while being highly comfortable integrating AI-led image generation and creative tools into their day-to-day creative process.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced creative agency environment, collaborating closely with senior creative stakeholders and contributing to high-quality visual work.
Quality of work is a key consideration. We are specifically looking for talent with a strong, refined portfolio and the ability to produce work that meets a high creative benchmark.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design / art direction.
- Prior experience working in a creative agency environment is preferred.
- Experience across consumer, lifestyle or relevant brand categories would be an advantage.
Design & Creative Craft

- A strong portfolio is essential and should clearly demonstrate the quality and range of the candidate’s work.
AI-First Skillset
The candidate should be well-versed in using AI art and image-generation tools as part of the creative process, rather than treating AI as a standalone skill.

Candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate how they use AI to conceptualise, generate, iterate and elevate creative output.

IDEAL TALENT PROFILE
Strong on design craft + creatively curious + genuinely AI-first.
The candidate should not be purely an “AI operator” or someone who relies on prompts without strong design fundamentals. We need a designer first, with AI deeply integrated into their creative workflow.
A polished portfolio with high-quality visual output, strong taste and evidence of AI-led experimentation will be critical for shortlisting.

- Work Arrangement: 5 days in office preferred; client is open to a hybrid arrangement of 3 days in office + 2 days WFH for the right talent.
