Job details:
Our group of companies is expanding, with a primary focus on building and scaling a world-class regional engineering center in Visakhapatnam, India. We are now looking for an ambitious, full-lifecycle In-House Recruiter to fuel our high-growth trajectory. In this role, you won't just process resumes; you will actively build talent pipelines from scratch and manage inbound candidate flows. You will be a true talent partner to the leadership team, taking full ownership of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent.
Your Mission
Drive end-to-end recruitment across all technical and operational roles. You will combine proactive outbound headhunting (sourcing passive, high-caliber engineering talent) with efficient inbound funnel management to build a high-velocity, elite engineering organization in Visakhapatnam and beyond.
Your Responsibilities
Dual-Channel Sourcing Strategy
- Proactive Headhunting: Actively target and engage passive, top-tier talent (Applied AI, ML, Cloud Software Engineers, Technical Leads, and Operational Managers) across LinkedIn, specialized databases, technical communities, and direct sourcing channels.
- Inbound Applicant Management: Screen, evaluate, and manage high volumes of inbound applications, ensuring a swift and seamless pipeline.
Full-Lifecycle Talent Acquisition
- Own the recruitment lifecycle from kickoff meetings and job description alignment to initial screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and pre-onboarding.
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Partner directly with the leadership to understand technical headcount needs, define candidate profiles, and calibrate interview loops.
- Employer Branding & Market Presence: Help position our Visakhapatnam engineering center as a premier innovation hub through local university partnerships, community engagements, and strategic candidate outreach.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, channel conversion rates, candidate experience) to continuously optimize the talent acquisition process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience (in-house or top-tier agency), with a demonstrated track record in both passive headhunting and inbound applicant management.
- Technical Domain Familiarity: Strong understanding of modern technology skill sets, particularly across Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Applied AI/ML concepts (e.g., Data Science, LLMs, MLOps).
- Direct Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills in Boolean search, direct headhunting on LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and leveraging niche talent networks to engage high-performing, passive candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working directly with executive leadership (CTO, VP of Engineering, Country Directors) and managing high-touch interview processes.
- Geographic / Market Focus: Prior experience recruiting technical talent within the Indian market (specifically Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech hubs like Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with an engaging, consultative candidate-facing style.
Success Metrics
- Pipeline Velocity: Consistent reduction in time-to-fill for key technical and leadership roles.
- Sourcing Balance: High proportion of successful hires originating from proactive outbound headhunting alongside inbound channels.
- Talent Quality & Retention: High candidate pass-through rates at technical interview stages and strong initial employee retention within the regional hub.
What We Offer
- High Impact: Direct influence over the culture and capability of a scaling regional tech center.
- Direct Executive Exposure: Work hand-in-hand with the leaders on global talent strategy.
- Career Growth: Opportunities to lead broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and team expansions as the group of companies grows.
