Team Leader – LogisticsKey Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Import & Export logistics operations.
- Handle international courier and freight shipments through FedEx, DHL, UPS, and freight forwarders.
- Coordinate Air Freight, LTL trucking, warehouse transfers, and final deliveries.
- Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs.
- Review shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HSN Code, COO, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate shipments across USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or operational issues.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments.
- Handle complete logistics operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Logistics Manager, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
- Good understanding of AWB and HAWB processes.
- Knowledge of standard pallet sizes, including Euro pallets and Asia pallets.
- Understanding of Gross Weight and Dimensional (Volumetric) Weight calculations.
