Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Implementation Specialist based in Noida. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing software implementation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Experience, preferably in a hotel or OTA.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in BHM, IT, or related field
