Global Mobility/Immigration Specialist – Europe, APAC & Middle East

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end international
mobility operations across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring strong
expertise in immigration coordination, relocation support and vendor management. This role
requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and external
mobility partners to enable a smooth employee mobility experience while ensuring compliance
with regional and country-specific immigration and employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end international assignment processes, including long-term assignments,
short-term assignments, business travel, permanent transfers, and localization.
• Coordinate immigration and work authorization activities across Europe, APAC, and the
Middle East, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Provide guidance to employees, HR teams, and business stakeholders on mobility policies,
documentation requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support cross-border hiring,
deployment, and movement of talent.
• Work closely with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to support assignment cost
management, payroll coordination, immigration filings, relocation services, and related
processes.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance
efficiency within Global Mobility operations.
• Ensure a positive and seamless employee experience throughout the international
assignment lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related
discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or International HR
Operations.
• Strong experience managing mobility programs across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
• Hands-on experience in immigration coordination, relocation support, assignment
administration, and compliance.
• Good understanding of international assignment policies, mobility frameworks, and
industry best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving
skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process excellence.
