Role Description The Immigration Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves advising clients on suitable immigration options, including work, study, visit, investment, and permanent residency pathways. The consultant will assess client profiles, explain eligibility and documentation requirements, prepare and review application forms, and coordinate the collection of supporting evidence. Daily tasks include staying updated on immigration laws and policy changes, managing case files, communicating application progress, and responding to client queries in a timely manner. The role also requires collaborating with internal team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a professional, compliant, and client-centered service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads related to immigration and overseas opportunities
- Provide consultation on work visas, PR, investor visas, and second passports
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective counselling and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
