We're Hiring | IB PYP Coordinator
The NEST School, Chennai is looking for a passionate and experienced IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator to lead and strengthen our IB PYP curriculum.
Position: IB PYP Coordinator
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IB PYP | Prior Team Lead/Group Lead experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the implementation of the IB PYP programme.
• Mentor and coach teachers through collaborative planning and classroom support.
• Ensure curriculum planning, assessment, and documentation align with IB standards.
• Coordinate professional development and IB compliance.
• Foster strong communication with staff, parents, and the IB.
• Contribute to school improvement initiatives and promote the school's vision.
Requirements:
✔ IB PYP teaching and leadership experience
✔ IB PYP training/certification
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔ Commitment to inquiry-based learning and continuous professional growth
