Key Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in IB Mathematics for Grades 10–12.
- Deliver engaging, structured, and student-focused lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Support students with IB coursework, assignments, Internal Assessment (IA), and exam preparation, as appropriate.
- Prepare students for IB assessments using past papers, practice questions, and examination techniques.
- Identify learning gaps and create targeted improvement plans.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Explain complex mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples and multiple approaches.
- Help students develop effective study, revision, and time-management strategies.
- Stay updated with the relevant IB Mathematics curriculum, assessment structure, and examination requirements.
- Maintain appropriate academic records and communicate progress professionally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the IB Mathematics curriculum for Grades 10–12.
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring IB Mathematics students is preferred.
