Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Engineering Mathematics and Python Web Development Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver classroom-based sessions on core engineering mathematics concepts and Python web development, including frameworks and practical applications. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and lesson plans, conducting interactive lectures, hands-on labs, and assessments, and providing individual guidance to learners. The role also involves aligning training content with industry standards, collaborating with corporate partners and internal teams on curriculum updates, and tracking learner progress and performance. The trainer will participate in workshops, contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies, and support placement readiness through technical mentoring and project-based learning.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in engineering mathematics (calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, probability, and statistics) and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including core syntax, OOP concepts, and experience with Python-based web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience in web development fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic UI/UX principles relevant to building responsive, user-friendly applications.
- Demonstrated experience in technical or corporate training, curriculum design, lesson planning, and conducting instructor-led sessions for students or professionals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt teaching styles.
- Ability to create practical assignments, real-world projects, and evaluations that align with current industry practices and job requirements.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (version control with Git, IDEs, debugging, basic deployment concepts) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; relevant certifications in Python or web development are a plus.
