Job Description
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Work with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
- Handle identity concepts including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
- Write and troubleshoot automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
- Support identity infrastructure and services in cloud environments (AWS and Microsoft Azure).
- Independently investigate and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of identity concepts: Authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
Nice-to-Have:
- Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
- Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure.
