Key Responsibilities
- Plant Operations: Manage water flow, turbines, and generators to match energy output goals.
- Maintenance: Direct routine checks, rapid troubleshooting, and repair work to reduce downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and follow local environmental laws.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years working in power generation, with hands-on hydro plant operations experience.
