CLIENT: Market leader in energy efficient Indoor Air Comfort and Critical Air solutions serving a global market is setting up is setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in CHAKAN,Pune. This greenfield facility will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge products to India and global markets. .
Role Purpose:
Production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations to meet customer demands efficiently,minimize costs, and maintain a seamless supply chain.
- KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Lead PPC function to ensure continuous material supply feed to production and assembly lines for optimum capacity utilization.
- Prepare monthly production plan with close collaboration of Sales & Manufacturing. Capacity analysis to ensure optimum utilization.
- Ensure optimum inventory requirements are generated based on sales orders & forecast to achieve on time delivery, productivity, inventory targets.
Continuously evaluate the existing planning processes for identification of inefficiencies and set up stronger proceses.
- B.E Mechanical/Production/Electronics/Electrical with 12 Yrs of working experience in Production Planning & Control function in customized product environment.
- Conversant with HVAC Plant.
Annual Compensation: 15 LPA
