Synergy Physiotherapy Hospital & Rehabilitation Care is seeking a motivated and responsible HR & Operations professional to join our growing team in Vadodara.
🔹 Position: HR & Operations
🔹 Experience: 2–5 years preferred
🔹 Industry: Healthcare | Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
🔹 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities
* Coordinate staff onboarding and maintain employee documentation
* Manage attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation
* Prepare staff schedules and support manpower planning
* Coordinate day-to-day hospital operations
* Promote employee engagement and address staff grievances
* Monitor performance and support staff development initiatives
* Implement HR policies, standard operating procedures, and processes
* Coordinate effectively with clinical, administrative, and support teams
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive professional with strong communication, people-management, and organisational skills who can take ownership of both HR functions and hospital operations.
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment will be an added advantage.
