Job description
HR Operations Executive (2+ Years' Experience)
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and documentation.
- Handle employee offboarding, exit formalities, and Full & Final (F&F) coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data management).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRMS is an added advantage
