Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Partner with department heads to understand business goals and implement HR initiatives that support growth, scalability, and employee retention.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract top-tier tech and hospitality-SaaS talent. Oversee an impactful onboarding experience that drives early engagement.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and grievances. Conduct fair investigations and ensure a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
- Performance Management: Drive the annual and mid-year performance review processes. Coach managers on giving constructive feedback, setting KPIs, and building career development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer local benefits programs, manage annual salary review cycles, and ensure competitive compensation benchmarking within the tech/SaaS sector.
- Compliance & Policy: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, or regional equivalents). Update and enforce the company handbook and HR policies.
- Culture & Engagement: Design and execute initiatives that boost employee morale, remote/hybrid team connection, and alignment with core organizational values.
