Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for Prasiddhi PR’s on-site team in Raipur. This full-time role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating workforce planning with leadership, and maintaining fair, transparent HR policies. The person in this role will handle performance management processes, employee relations, and conflict resolution while promoting a positive, inclusive work culture. Additional responsibilities include administering compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The Human Resources Manager will also support learning and development initiatives, drive engagement activities, and serve as a trusted partner to both management and team members.

- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including experience with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support employee growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HR administration, including maintaining HRIS records, managing leave and attendance, and handling documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and standard HR policies and procedures.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within marketing, advertising, or creative agencies, is beneficial.
