📍 Location: Thane, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager from an Advertising Agency / Marketing Services background with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
🔑 MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
✅ 5+ years of HR experience
✅ Advertising Agency / Marketing Services background is mandatory
✅ End-to-End Payroll experience is mandatory
✅ Experience handling payroll for 300+ employees
✅ Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus & TDS
✅ F&F, leave management and payroll reconciliation
✅ Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
✅ HR MIS, HRMS/HRIS & Advanced Excel
✅ Performance Management, Employee Engagement & HR Operations
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
⚠️ Please Note: Candidates with only Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience or without strong hands-on Payroll & Compliance experience will not be considered.
