Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support workforce planning for the growing real estate business. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership on staffing needs, coordinating training and development initiatives, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves handling HR queries, resolving employee concerns, and driving HR projects that support organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR administration.
- Skilled in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management across levels of the organization.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives that support employee growth and retention.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Gurugram, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
