Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support Brainlicious in building and maintaining effective people practices in a dynamic, learning-focused environment. This full-time remote role involves assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. The intern will help maintain HR records, support the implementation of HR policies, and assist with employee benefits and personnel documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include responding to HR-related queries, preparing HR reports, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with team members on HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with an interest in HR Management and people operations.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with compliance and workplace guidelines.
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and the ability to support related documentation and communication.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn HR software.
