Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations and act as a key partner to both management and employees at Real Jobs Consulting Services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves administering employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating benefits administration, and addressing HR-related queries. The role also involves supporting performance management activities, assisting with recruitment coordination, participating in employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company procedures. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate closely with consultants and leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support to internal teams and client organizations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including documentation, communication, and issue resolution.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and standard HR processes and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting related to HR metrics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in consulting, recruitment, or placement services is preferred but not mandatory.
