HR Generalist – Entry Level

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and confident HR Generalist who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities and act as a point of contact for employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with employees on the floor, and be able to understand and resolve employee concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
· Regularly interact with employees on the floor and maintain a positive working environment.
· Listen to employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues and work towards appropriate resolutions.
· Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
· Support employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
· Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and company guidelines.
· Conduct regular employee engagement and follow-ups.
· Identify workplace concerns proactively rather than waiting for employees to raise them.
· Coordinate with management regarding employee performance, discipline, attendance, and other HR-related matters.
Requirements
· Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Confident and approachable personality.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong problem-solving and people-handling skills.
· Comfortable interacting with employees across different departments.
· Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
· Basic knowledge of HR operations and employment practices.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, people-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of HR activities rather than someone who requires constant supervision.
