Position: HR Generalist

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist with at least 6 months of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, and attendance management. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to build a career in HR while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Draft HR-related letters, emails, and internal communications.
Support performance management and employee grievance handling.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices.
Knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with HRMS or attendance management software is an added advantage.
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with an HR specialization.
Minimum 6 months of HR Generalist or HR Recruitment experience.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
