Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Whiz Advert is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The person in this role will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, facilitating performance management cycles, and supporting training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices, support compliance with relevant labor laws, and help build a positive, inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s fast-paced branding and marketing environment.
Qualifications
- Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to implement and update them in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, client-focused organization.
