🚨 Hiring: Plant HR Executive / Senior Executive – HR
📍 Location: RF1 Factory, Arcot, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for a Plant HR Executive / Senior Executive – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations at our RF1 manufacturing facility in Arcot.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Plan manpower requirements with department heads based on production and shift requirements.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, selection coordination and offer follow-up.
- Build local talent pipelines through consultants, institutes, referrals, job portals and community networks.
- Track vacancies, manpower gaps, recruitment ageing and joining ratios.
🔹 Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding
- Manage joining formalities, induction, plant orientation and departmental handover.
- Coordinate ID cards, uniforms, PPE, access and employee facilities.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records.
- Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, separations and exit formalities.
🔹 Time Office, Payroll & HRMS
- Monitor attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, late coming and absenteeism.
- Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain HRMS, biometric and workforce records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports and dashboards.
🔹 Statutory Compliance & Contractor Management
- Support applicable labour-law and factory compliance activities.
- Maintain statutory registers, notices, returns, licences and supporting documents.
- Verify contractor manpower, attendance, wages and statutory records.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable employee-benefit documentation.
🔹 Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Support counselling and disciplinary processes as required.
- Conduct shop-floor connects, employee communication and welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate with Administration, Canteen, Transport, Security and Safety teams.
🔹 Training, Performance & HR Governance
- Coordinate induction, skill-matrix updates and mandatory training.
- Support probation reviews and performance-appraisal activities.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and control measures at the plant.
- Participate in safety meetings, 5S/improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Candidate Profile
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with MBA / MSW / PG qualification in HR, Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare preferred.
💼 Experience: 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing / process-plant environment.
🗣️ Languages: Professional working proficiency in Tamil & English.
🏭 Work Readiness: Must be comfortable working on-site, interacting with employees and workmen on the shop floor, and supporting shift-based operations when required.
