Proodle Hospitality Services is looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused HR Executive to join our team in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
🎓 Education: MBA – HR / Human Resources
💼 Experience: Experienced candidates & Freshers are welcome
📍 Location: Thoothukudi
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
• Handle employee onboarding & joining formalities
• Maintain daily employee attendance and HR records
• Manage HR documentation and employee files
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR records
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
✅ MBA HR / HR-related qualification
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently
✅ Freshers with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply
