About the Role
Loco Castings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Andal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, screening, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and HR queries.
- Support manpower planning, performance management and employee engagement.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/industrial organisations.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal and MS Excel skills.
