We're Hiring: Executive – Human Resources
Alvita Pharma Pvt. Ltd. | Corporate Office, Borivali West, Mumbai
Alvita Pharma is looking for an HR professional to join our team and help drive talent management, employee engagement, and HR process delivery across our organization.
What you'll do:
🔹 Manage end-to-end talent acquisition — sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
🔹 Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and grievance resolution
🔹 Run HR process delivery — payroll on Keka HRMS, attendance, and compliance
🔹 Build relationships with institutes and colleges for talent pipelines
🔹 Support change management and cultural development programs
What we're looking for:
✅ PGDM / PGCHR / MBA in HR
✅ 3–4 years of experience in an HR function
✅ Strong communication, people skills, and process orientation
✅ Working knowledge of Keka HRMS is a plus
