Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at Homeday is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Specialist will manage personnel documentation, coordinate employee benefits, and serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with management on staffing needs, supporting performance review cycles, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves preparing HR reports and using HR systems to keep information accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience in generalist or specialist HR roles.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with company standards and local regulations.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management, including records, contracts, and employee life-cycle activities.
- Good understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace diversity and inclusion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, MS Office tools, and data reporting for HR analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
Salary Range:18000-24000/Month + Equity In company
