Devyaksha Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry.
📌 Position: Human Resources Executive

📍 Location: Indore
💼 Experience: 2+ Years
🏢 Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding
⏰ Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🌿 Saturday & Sunday: Off
💼 Employment: Full-Time
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee attendance, leave & HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain employee records
• Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
• Implement and maintain HR policies & procedures
• Support performance management and employee development
• Handle day-to-day HR & administrative activities
• Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management
🔹 Candidate Profile
✔️ 2+ years of relevant HR experience
✔️ Prior experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding preferred
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
✔️ Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently
✔️ Proactive, organized and people-oriented approach
