We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources functions and contribute to manpower building, employee engagement, compliance and organizational growth.
Job Summary - The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities and a sound understanding of HR policies and employment practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
• Facilitate employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
• Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts and joining formalities.
• Manage exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination and exit interviews.
• HR Operations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records and employee database.
• Support payroll processing by providing attendance and employee data. Employee Relations
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in resolving employee grievances while maintaining confidentiality. Compliance
• Maintain statutory records and support audits. • Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures. HR Reporting • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
• Maintain recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee data reports.
• Provide HR analytics to support management decisions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration OR
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with strong HR knowledge may also be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience with HRMS software is an advantage. Required Skills
