Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Conduct floor connects, skip-level meetings, and employee interactions
- Support performance management and HR interventions
- Partner with business leaders on people-related matters
- Drive Rewards & Recognition programs
- Ensure HR policy compliance and employee lifecycle management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRBP/BPHR role
- BPO/ITES industry experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in employee engagement, ER, and performance management
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
