Role Overview:
Datacomp Web Technologies is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an HR professional passionate about driving high performance, workplace culture, and organizational behavior.
Key Responsibilities & Core Focus Areas
- People, Culture & Industrial Psychology: Shape workplace culture by leveraging organizational behavior principles and high-performance psychology.
- Competency-Based Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage talent acquisition using structured, competency-focused hiring methodologies and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Evidence-Based Engagement & Workplace Dynamics: Implement data-backed employee engagement strategies and monitor organizational dynamics.
- Performance Management & Behavioral Development: Drive performance evaluation frameworks and run behavioral growth and development programs.
- Compensation, Payroll & Statutory Compliances: Oversee compensation planning, monthly payroll processes, and maintain strict adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances. HR Analytics & MIS: Utilize Advanced Excel for diagnostic HR analytics, tracking key workforce metrics, and preparing management presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Qualification in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or Organizational Behavior.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HRBP and operational HR experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HR Analytics and Advanced Excel.
- Key Competencies: Strong diagnostic ability, organizational insight, and solid MIS and presentation skills.
