Job Purpose: Onsitego is looking for an HRBP to help the business with their manpower requirement, resolve employee issues and help improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen applicants through online channels, such as naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks - Blue Collar Hiring
- Support the business with adequate manpower
- Provide HR expertise to the assigned business in the areas of employee relations, feedback, coaching and compensation.
- Ensure the new joiner is well equipped to perform by taking care of his/her pre-post onboarding formalities, HR inductions and adherence to HR processes like assigning buddy, issuance of ID cards, IT assets, alignment to training team for product and process training etc
- Regular HR connects with the employees to understand the employee issues and align with business to provide resolution.
- Responsible for organizing fun activities for employees.
