Experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in managing global stakeholders
- Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-informed decisions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and global outlook
