Position Overview
We are looking for an HR Associate to support recruitment activities, candidate screening, and hiring coordination while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR interview rounds for various positions.
- Coordinate with colleges for campus hiring and internship drives.
- Manage the selection process and coordinate with the onboarding team.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Ideal Candidate
- 6 months–1 year of experience in EdTech Recruitment/Hiring.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
