We're looking for a mid-level HR & Admin Executive (3–5 years experience) who thrives in a professional services environment and enjoys being the go-to person for everything people & operations.

🧑💼 What You'll Own
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
👥 HR
• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Payroll, attendance & leave management
• Performance appraisals & employee engagement
• Exit management & full & final settlements
🏢 Admin
• Day-to-day office operations
• Procurement, AMCs & facility coordination
• Travel & accommodation arrangements
• Office filing systems (physical + digital)
• Partner scheduling & correspondence support

✅ What We're Looking For
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• 3–5 years in a combined HR & Admin role
• Prior experience in a CA firm, law firm, or professional services — a big plus
• Working knowledge of HRMS / payroll tools & MS Office
• Strong communication in English + Gujarati / Hindi
• High integrity and discretion — this is non-negotiable in our line of work
