Role Description This is a full-time, remote HubSpot Specialist role responsible for planning, configuring, and optimizing HubSpot across marketing, sales, and service functions. The role involves setting up and managing HubSpot portals, including workflows, automation rules, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and custom reports. The HubSpot Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate business requirements into effective HubSpot implementations and integrations with other MarTech tools. Day-to-day tasks include data management and segmentation, lead scoring, pipeline configuration, A/B testing of assets, performance tracking, and continuous optimization based on analytics. The role also includes documenting best practices, training stakeholders, and ensuring HubSpot usage is aligned with client goals and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong HubSpot platform skills, including configuration of workflows, automation, CRM pipelines, email marketing, landing pages, and forms.
- Experience in CRM and MarTech implementation, integration with third-party tools, and data management (segmentation, cleansing, and migration).
- Analytical skills for building dashboards, custom reports, and conducting performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Background in digital marketing or marketing operations, with familiarity in lead generation, nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical HubSpot solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create process documentation and deliver user training.
- Experience working in a remote, distributed environment with strong time management and self-organization.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, CRM Implementation) or equivalent hands-on experience are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
