Job Description – HR Recruiter (Non-IT)
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Gender: Male / Female (Both can apply)
location - Naraina (Delhi)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in documentation and onboarding processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have knowledge of Non-IT recruitment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
