JOB DESCRIPTION – HR RECRUITER
Domestic & International Recruitment

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (1–5 Years)

Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced Recruiters: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Additional Earnings: Attractive Incentives & Commissions
- Bulk Hiring Experience Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Domestic & International Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international vacancies.
- Manage bulk hiring for Gulf countries, including UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Recruit candidates for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills and client requirements.
3. Client Coordination
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas clients.
- Schedule online and offline client interviews.
- Maintain communication regarding interview feedback, selection and closures.
4. Documentation & Recruitment Process
- Guide candidates regarding passports, visas, educational certificates and experience documents.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.
- Follow applicable recruitment and documentation procedures.
5. Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Build professional relationships and candidate trust.
- Ensure smooth selection, documentation and joining processes.
- Achieve recruitment and joining targets.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring requirements.
- Good coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Gulf recruitment procedures is an advantage.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in overseas recruitment consultancies or manpower agencies.
- Experience in domestic BPO or international bulk hiring.
- Knowledge of visa processing and documentation.
- Target-oriented recruiters with strong candidate networks.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
