Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Navi Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role includes drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. The HR Recruiter will also support offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. Day-to-day collaboration with internal teams is required to understand role requirements, refine hiring strategies, and ensure staffing needs are met in a timely and compliant manner.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Ability to draft clear job descriptions and manage postings across job portals and social media platforms.
- Experience coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment metrics, and use of ATS or recruitment management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple open positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within industrial or services sectors, is beneficial.
