You will work closely with the Managing Director, senior leadership, employees, and corporate functions, acting as a key bridge between leadership and the wider organization.
The role combines HR business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, corporate HR, office administration, and MD-office coordination. You will help ensure that people process, internal operations, and leadership priorities are executed smoothly as the organization continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
· Act as an HR Business Partner to leadership and employees, supporting day-to-day people matters, employee queries, engagement, performance discussions, and organizational initiatives

· Support the Office of the Managing Director on internal coordination, leadership communication, meetings, follow-ups, special projects, business events, travel coordination, and tracking of key organizational priorities
· Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organization structure, employee development, retention, compensation reviews, and other people-related decision-making
· Manage employee engagement, feedback mechanisms, internal communication, recognition programs, culture-building initiatives, and employee-relations matters
· Act as a key liaison across internal teams and external vendors, coordinating with recruitment, finance, IT, administration, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth people and office operations
· Own HR policies, records, and office administration, including SOPs, employee guidelines, HR trackers, attendance and leave data, vendors, facilities, supplies, infrastructure, access, logistics, and other workplace requirements
About You
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR, HR operations, employee engagement, office administration, or related roles; experience in consulting or professional services is preferred
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field; MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred
· Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, compensation, employee relations, and exits
· Ability to balance strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on operational execution, managing multiple priorities independently
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the maturity and confidence to work with senior leadership, founders, and employees across levels
· Fast-paced, agile, and adaptable, with a strong hustle mindset, high learning agility, and the ability to assess situations objectively and respond quickly to evolving business needs
· High ownership, discretion, and integrity, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
