About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated HR & Management Intern to support Linkific’s HR and Operations departments. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, team coordination, and policy development within a dynamic, fast-evolving tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage end-to-end cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Operations & Data: Manage HR databases, attendance records, and project workflows.
Administration: Draft offer letters, NDAs, and internship documentation.
Policy & Strategy: Design company policies, handbooks, and internal communication systems.
Engagement: Organize virtual sessions, feedback loops, and team-building initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor intern evaluations and generate HR reports.
Collaboration: Coordinate with department heads on team requirements and project deadlines.
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
Functional understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet) or MS Office.
Adaptable to remote startup culture and team collaboration.
Educational Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
