Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and evaluate vendors, compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage vendor performance.
- Purchase & Order Management: Raise and track POs, coordinate deliveries, and resolve order-related discrepancies.
- Contract Management: Handle pricing, payment terms, warranties, delivery schedules, and purchase agreements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, Finance, Management, and internal teams for smooth purchase execution.
- Asset Management: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, asset records, tagging, transfers, disposals, and system updates.
- Asset Verification & Maintenance: Conduct physical verification and coordinate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Finance Coordination: Coordinate invoice verification, payment processing, and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare asset-related reports and monitor asset additions, disposals, and values.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit controls.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Ensure proper utilization, custody, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.
